Fort Myers will be our home base. The shuttle will take off from the hotel at 11:30 am February 19th to head up to Bradenton, and we'll wrap up day two at Babcock Ranch by 2 pm—shuttling those who need to go directly to the airport by 2:30 pm.

DAY ONE: February 19th, 11:30 am to 5:30 pm | Bradenton, FL
View the detailed agenda.
First, we’ll join Laura Cole and tour Lakewood Ranch, which has been recognized as the best-selling, master-planned multi-generational community in the country by RCLCO and John Burns for the past two years. Get some of the secrets to their success so far and learn about the affordable housing plan they have for Waterside, their first village in Sarasota.
Next, we’ll connect with Marshall Gobuty of innovative builder, PEARL Homes, who is delivering the first mass-market, production-built homes designed to generate as much energy as they consume. PEARL has partnered with Germany’s award-winning SonnenBatterie®, allowing each home to store excess solar energy for use at night or to share it with the PEARL Homes Community and the entire grid.
They are also in the planning stages for South Village, a development that will create approximately 200 affordable and workforce housing units.
We’ll cap off day one with dinner and drinks back in Fort Myers (included in registration).
Shuttle service will be provided.
DAY TWO: February 20th, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm | Fort Myers, FL
View the detailed agenda.
On day two, we’ll visit with Dalton Communities and Kitson & Partners.
First, Rick Dalton of Dalton Communities will share some insider insights on driving single family rentals as a core business model.
Last but not least, Tom Hoban of Kitson & Partners will give us a tour along with an update on their plans to continue driving the future of home delivery at their Babcock Ranch community. Join us to learn about an innovation neighborhood they’re developing within their master planned community to explore new technologies, product and production methods with their builders. (Did you miss the webinar about driving long-term attainability we held last year? You can find the recap here.)
Lunch will be provided. Shuttle service will be provided both days, and the shuttle will drop folks off at the airport by 2:30 pm.
