This year's 2018 Housing Innovation Summit, hosted in the historic Bourbon Orleans Hotel in New Orleans' exciting French Quarter delivered fantastic insights, valuable discussions, and meaningful connections.
We dug deeper into Offsite Construction and other key innovation topics. Speakers delivered expert snapshots, and the group as a whole exchanged ideas around:

“The Alliance provides the opportunity to interact with peers in a meaningful way, in both formal and informal environments.” Veridian Homes
“The mix of industry professionals at Alliance events lead to thought-provoking discussions.” Toll Brothers
“Alliance events are interesting and engaging, and provide the opportunity to gain insights from different perspectives.” McCall Homes
“The format allows a sizable group of thought leaders to cover a lot of ground. Great takeaways!” Rodney Hall & Associates
Day one focused on driving innovation through Business Models and Consumer Values. We shared a vision of the future homebuilding company and engaged in interactive discussions around leveraging data to create amazing customer experiences, applying new business models to diversify revenue and create customers for life, and forming strategic alliances to redefine the builder's role in home delivery.
On Day 2, we dug deep into Production + Productivity. We shared a series of builder and developer case studies focused on product and process innovation, integrated design and engineering, and adoption of offsite construction solutions. We talked candidly about opportunities, pitfalls, and what it's really going to take to change how housing is delivered in the next 3 to 5 years.
