For more than 28 years, John has been a results-focused innovator in building and construction.
As a vice president within BMC, John is responsible for managing corporate relationships, negotiations, programming and contracts for all of BMC’s national builder accounts, including DR Horton, Lennar, Pulte, Toll Brothers, KB Home, MDC, Meritage and others. An expert in Lean Six Sigma, John helps builders develop strategies to drive operational efficiency, improve quality and increase productivity on the jobsite through a variety of value-added solutions, including pre-cut lumber packages; engineered roof, floor and wall systems; and turnkey design and engineering, estimation, installation and quality assurance services.
John has been with BMC for 14 years, previously serving as general manager of the Utah lumber and building material facility, helping launch the first BMC Design Center and developing the strategy to take it company-wide.
Prior to BMC, John was a regional sales manager with Milgard Windows & Doors and was the director of sales for Black & Decker, where he helped launch the Dewalt brand.
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Baltimore University and a Master of Business Management from Harvard.
