Scot has more than 30 years in the residential and commercial real estate industries in both development and construction.
Scot is responsible for the daily operations of the company and the achievement of its annual operational business objectives. He manages leaders who develop and maintain relationships with new homebuyers, providing expert counsel and recommendations for detailed design modifications. Scot also oversees the divisions of field operations, quality assurance, purchasing and estimating, and product design and development.
Prior to forming Edward Andrews Homes with Paul Corley and Todd Hager, Scot worked with both principals as Chief Operating Officer of PEC Development Group. He has an extensive background in constructing commercial projects where his most recent accomplishment was to manage construction and development operations for Atlanta’s first loft projects, the 10-story Buckhead Village Lofts and 16-story Mathieson Exchange Lofts.
Scot is a licensed Georgia general contractor and a certified professional homebuilder. He is the current chapter president of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and a member of metro-Atlanta’s Council for Quality Growth. Scot earned a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering and management from Purdue University.
